Step 1: CUSTOMIZE AND SAVE
Once you have everything to your desired settings, go to Tools -> Options -> Preferences...
and on the General tab, check the box "Save settings on exit". Close the SAS session.

STEP 2: LOCATE AND COPY YOUR PROFILE AND REGISTRY FILES 
The files are usually found in the folder "Documents\My SAS Files\9.4". 
Make copy of folder 9.4 and Save as SAS2 "Documents\My SAS Files\SAS2".

STEP 3: CREATE SHORTCUTS
Create SAS shortcut and add -sasuser <Documents\My SAS Files\SAS2> in target field.
Example: 
"C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.4\sas.exe" -CONFIG "C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.4\nls\en\sasv9.cfg" 
-autoexec "C:\User\username\sasfiles\autoexec.sas" -sasuser "C:\Users\username\Documents\My SAS Files\SAS2"  -awstitle "Study#"
